STARBELLYS UNITED

home of David and Ange's splurbs on Natural/conscious living that affects all aspects of our lives, and other happenings....

Monday, August 1

well I bet you didn't know it was World Breastfeeding Week this week. And I bet that you also didn't know that a planned record making attempt is going to be attempted too in line with this weeks theme - Women’s Health Action extends an invitation to New Zealand breastfeeding mothers bring your breastfeeding friends and be part of setting the NZ record & attempt the Guinness World Record TM for '‘The most mothers breastfeeding simultaneously'.

wel so there you have it. If you know a breastfeeding lady (and please, don't everyone ask Ange as I am going to tell her) then tell her about this and get her to go along. 'Why should I do that?' you ask. Fair enough... most of our readers have never had to think about breastfeeding yet and a good number of you single readers should never have even seen a breast yet! (although maybe in a stainedglass artwork at your local church...). I am not going to write a big blurb about all the good things of breastfeeding as many of our readers also get bored reading big blurbs (maybe because they were not breastfed when they were young?!). If you are interested, and have a question about breastfeeding, then please ask it and I will answer you.

and also, please, no puns in your comments about the topic of breastfeeding... that would just suck.
